Join us for a unique camping experience in the infield of the Pocono Raceway.  These full hookup sites is where the owners and drivers stay during the annual Nascar event.  Call the raceway for reservations.  Advise them you are with the Penn Coachmen group.

Program: (this is draft with made up info - times are not required - just general plan)

  • Monday = Early Bird – dinner on your own
  • Tuesday – rally check in – dinner on your own
  • Wednesday – bean bag baseball – catered dinner
  • Thursday – check out by 1:00 pm

Rally Registration:

  • Due date is September 15, 2024.  If registration is postmarked after the due date, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.  
  • Send registration form along with your deposit of $25 per person to be registered. The balance of the rally fee will be collected at check-in.
  • Be sure to indicate number of persons for the catered dinner. 
  • Make check payable to Penn Coachmen.  Please do not send cash.

Camping:

  • Sites: All sites include Water, Electric and Sewer
  • Reservations: Make camping arrangements with the Pocono Raceway at 800-722-3929.
  • Let the Raceway know you are with the Penn Coachmen group to obtain the discounted rate.
  • Payment: Balance of the Rally Payment is due when checking in at the rally.  Make checks payable to Penn Coachmen.
