Join us for a unique camping experience in the infield of the Pocono Raceway.  These full hookup sites are where the owners and drivers stay during the annual Nascar event.  Call the raceway at 800-722-3929 for reservations.  Advise them you are with the Penn Coachmen group.

Program:

  • Wednesday 9/24 = Early Bird – nothing will be scheduled
  • Thursday 9/25 – Monday 9/29 – official rally dates
  • Monday 9/29 – Stock car experience will be at the track.  Call 877-786-2522 and mention you are with Penn Coachmen.  More information is online at 877stockcar.com
  • We will have a limited number of crafts available.  Sign up at registration.
  • Seminars will be held on all types of RV information.
  • “Technical Round Table” with National RV Basics Instructors.  Bring your RV questions.
  • We will have two NEW inside rooms this year.  We will be out of the weather…whatever it may be!
  • 3 dinners and 2 breakfasts will be included at the track cafe.
  • Games to play.
  • Entertainment planned.
  • Free raceway tours.
  • Track access for biking and walking.

  • Due date is September 3, 2025.    
  • Send registration form along with your deposit of $25 per person to be registered. The balance of the rally fee will be collected at check-in.
  • Be sure to indicate number of persons for the meals. 
  • Make check payable to Penn Coachmen.  Please do not send cash.
  • Mail to:  Sue Cipa, 528 Walnut Tree Drive, Blandon, PA 19510

Camping:

  • Sites: All sites include Water, Electric and Sewer
  • Reservations: Make camping arrangements with the Pocono Raceway at 800-722-3929 or 570-646-2300.
  • Let the Raceway know you are with the Penn Coachmen group to obtain the discounted $40 nightly rate.  (Same as last year!)
  • Payment: Make camping payments to the campground.
  • Once at the track enter Gate 1 – Tunnel.  Stop at guard station to check in.  Follow instructions to enter through the left tunnel for all RVs.
  • Stop at registration building to check in for rally and sign in for events if needed.  You will then be sent to the infield RV parking area where parkers will assist you.
