Please call the campground to register a campsite or cabin! Pinch Pond is offering a 10% discount off the 2026 rate of $60 for 50 amp sites ($54) when you mention you’re with the Penn Coachmen chapter.  Pinch Pond has graciously offered to hold 25 sites for us until May 15th, then the sites will be offered to the public and are first come first serve.  See below for more info.

Sunday

  • 2:00 PM Early Birds Arrive – free time (area attractions listed below)
  • 6:00 PM Optional Dinner out at a local area restaurant.
  • Campfire

Monday

  • Breakfast on your own. 
  • Free Time – See list of Area Attractions – bottom of page.
  • 1:00 PM Registration – in the heated pavilion.
  • 5:30 PM Potluck Dinner.
  • Organized games and/or Campfire

Tuesday

  • 8:30 AM Light breakfast (coffee, juice, baked goods, yogurt, fruit)
  • 10:00 AM 
  • 2:00 PM 
  • 5:30 PM Catered Dinner (tentatively local BBQ fare)
  • 8:00 PM games and/or Campfire

Wednesday

  • 8:30 AM Light breakfast (coffee, juice, baked goods, yogurt, fruit)
  • Help pack up, clean up
  • 2:00 PM – Checkout unless prior arrangements made with the campground office.

Rally Registration:

  • Due date is May 30, 2026, BUT campground reservations need to be made by May 15!  
  • Send registration form along with your deposit for each person to be registered.  Each adult is $25, children ages 13-17 are $10, and children under 12 years old are free. The balance of the rally fee (if any) will be collected at check-in.
  • Be sure to indicate number of adults and children for the catered dinner. 
  • Make check payable to Penn Coachmen.  Please do not send cash.
  • Mail to:  Carol Crossett, 4670 McNeil Road, Doylestown, PA 18902.

Camping:

  • Reservations / Sites: Call Campground directly at (717) 665-7640 to make your reservations.  Call by May 15th  because after that the sites will be offered to the public and are first come first serve for us.  Most all sites include Water, Electric and Sewer.
  • Payment: Make camping payment to the campground.
