Call Sue at 610-334-3287 to get a site number. We are now fully reserved, but she can put you on a waiting list. Once you have a site number, call the campground at 717-299-2314; option “4” and make your camping reservations. Let them know you are with Penn Coachmen, which site you have been given and the dates you will be camping. They will require one night deposit with the balance due when you arrive. You may have to mail a check to cover the deposit. Old Mill Stream is offering a 10% discount off the 2024 rate when you mention the Penn Coachmen chapter.

Monday:
- Early Birds Arrive – We will have a couple of nearby sights to visit if you would like.
Tuesday:
- Registration (Building) 10 am for those who are there. We will catch the rest later.
- First Timers Meeting
- Sightseeing (Free time)
- Soup, salad and dessert will be provided.
- Evening plans TBA
Wednesday:
- Breakfast will be provided in the pavilion.
- Ice Cream Shop
- Rally Meetings for hosts on the upcoming rallies
- Catered dinner
- Evening plans TBA
Thursday:
- Quick & Easy Breakfast provided before departure.
Rally Registration:
- Due date is April 1, 2024. If registration is postmarked after the due date, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.
- Send registration form along with your deposit of $25 per person to be registered. The balance of the rally fee will be collected at check-in.
- Be sure to indicate number of persons for the catered dinner.
- Make check payable to Penn Coachmen. Please do not send cash.

Camping:
- Sites: All sites include Water, Electric and Sewer
- Reservations: Make camping arrangements with Sue and the campground as described above.
- Payment: Camping payment is arranged through the campground reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: They require a 7-day notice for a full refund. If less than that, a one-night deposit will be charged. Please call Sue Cipa if you are cancelling your reservation at Old Mill Stream so she can reassign the site to those on the waiting list.
