Call Dorene Henderson at 717-572-2631 to make your camping reservations.  Let her know you are with Penn Coachmen and the dates you will be camping.  She will assign the site number.  They will require one night deposit with the balance due when you arrive.  You may have to mail a check to cover the deposit.  Old Mill Stream is offering a 10% discount off the 2026 rates ($65? back in reduced to $58.50?) when you mention the Penn Coachmen chapter.

Sunday:

  • Early Birds Arrive – We will have a couple of nearby sights to visit if you would like.
  • Best Kept Secrets Tour (on your own) – click here
  • 2:00 PM registration in the pavilion.
  • 5:00 PM Potluck dinner – in the pavilion – bring your favorite dish to share.

Monday:

  • 10:00 AM Sightseeing on your own – free time – maps at registration
  • 2:00 PM Registration (Pavilion) for those who are there.  We will catch the rest later.
  • 3:00 PM First Timers Meeting in the pavilion.
  • 5:00 PM Soup, salad and dessert will be provided in the pavilion.
  • 7:00 PM Games by Carol Crossett.

Tuesday:

  • 8:30 AM Breakfast sausage and pancakes will be provided in the pavilion.
  • 10:00 AM Meetings for hosts and helpers of the upcoming rallies.
  • 10:00 AM Card making demo by Diane.
  • 1:00 PM RV Related play at Bird in Hand Theatre.  (extra cost – for people who prepurchased tickets)
  • 1:00 PM Sightseeing for members not going to theatre.
  • 5:00 Amish catered dinner – bring a white elephant gift wrapped or in a plastic bag (hide the gift) is your admission ticket for the dinner (one gift per couple).  We will play a game after dinner.

From April 17-19, the Second Chance Plants will be highlighting all their perennial gardening and offer a vast selection of perennial plants, shrubs, etc.  They have a Facebook page called “Second Chance Plants”.

Rally Registration:

  • Due date is April 1, 2026.  
  • Send registration form along with your deposit of $25 per person to be registered. The balance of the rally fee will be collected at check-in.
  • Be sure to indicate number of persons for the catered dinner. 
  • Make check payable to Penn Coachmen.  Please do not send cash.
  • Mail to:  Clarissa Sherrow, 1151 Lees Bridge Rd, Nottingham, PA 19362

Camping:

  • Sites: All sites include Water, Electric and Sewer
  • Reservations: Make camping arrangements with Dorene Henderson at the campground as described above.
  • Payment: Camping payment is arranged through the campground reservation.  Remember to get the 10% discount.
  • Cancellation Policy: They require a 7-day notice for a full refund.  If less than that, a one-night deposit will be charged.   Please call Clarissa Sherrow if you are cancelling your reservation at Old Mill Stream so she can reassign the site to those on the waiting list.
