Monday – July 22

  • 1:00pm- Early Bird Check-in & Rally Registration
  • Afternoon – Free time
  • Dinner – on your own
  • Evening – on your own

Tuesday – July 23 

  • 8:00 – Parking lot prayer at the Venue
  • Breakfast – 8:00 – 10:00am: on your own
  • 10:00 – 11:00am: Tech Talk by Gary Cipa
  • 11:00 – First Timers meeting
  • Lunch – on your own
  • 1:00 – Flamingo decorating, games
  • Dinner – 5:30 pm – Pot Luck Dinner
  • Campers with last name initials B- F, please bring a main dish, campers from G – Y, please bring a side dish
  • Evening: 7:30pm – 1969 Trivia, 55th Anniversary Celebration w/ Cake, Music & Dancing

Wednesday – July 24

  • 8:00 – Parking Lot Prayer at the Venue
  • Breakfast: 8:00 – 10:00am: Pancakes, sausage, fruit cup, coffee, tea
  • Morning: free time
  • Lunch: on your own
  • Afternoon: paint an anniversary rock – games, socializing, free time
  • Beat the Heat indoor movie and pop corn – The Long Long Trailer with Lucille Ball & Desi Arnez
  • Dinner: 6:00pm – hot dogs, chili, chips, ice cream, dessert
  • Evening: 7:30pm – Bingo

Thursday

  • Breakfast – 8:00 – 10:00am – Grab & Go 
  • check-out 11:00am

NOTE: please bring your own place settings, utensils, cups and beverages to each meal.

Coffee & tea will be supplied at breakfasts.

Rally Registration:

  • SOLD OUT!  All the reserved spots have been taken for this rally.  Please contact the Rally Master about any cancellations.
  • Due date is July 1, 2024.  If registration is postmarked after the due date, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.
  • Send the registration form below, along with a deposit of $25 per person to Paul Soriero, 33 Hilton Street, Pequannock, NJ 07440. The balance of the rally fee will be collected at check-in.
  • Make check payable to: Penn Coachmen.  Please do not send cash.

Camping:

  • Sites: All sites include Water, Electric and Sewer
  • Reservations: Call the Lakewood Park Campground at 570-285-8026 to make your own reservation. There are only 29 sites reserved for this event, so call early. Tell them you are with the Penn Coachmen.
  • Payment: Make camping payments to the campground.  

Travel Directions – Important: 

  • Do not use the directions on your navigation systems. Refer to directions on the Lakewood Park CG website – www.lakewoodparkcampground.com/contact
  • Large RVs/Trailers – do not use exit 134 (Delano). Instead use exit 131A.  Note some GPS may take you to an incorrect location ​(with difficult turn-around capabilities). Our entrance is right off Route 54 across from the Brown Bag Gas Station
