Tentative Program: (final program at rally registration)

  • Monday – Early Bird – campground check in 3:00 – dinner on your own
  • Tuesday – crafts – corn hole – weather permitting bike ride from Slatington to Jim Thorpe and return – rally check in – potluck dinner – Jim Thorpe area history
  • Wednesday – RV apps tech talk – bean bag baseball – trolley tour and/or walking tour of Jim Thorpe – catered dinner
    • Noon – Jim Thorpe Trolley tour (limited seating – option $18/person)
  • Thursday – check out by 2:00 pm

Rally Registration:

  • Due date is June 1, 2024.  If registration is postmarked after the due date, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.  
  • Send registration form along with your deposit of $25 per person to be registered. The balance of the rally fee will be collected at check-in.
  • Be sure to indicate number of persons for the catered dinner. 
  • Make check payable to Penn Coachmen.  Please do not send cash.

Camping:

  • Sites: All sites include Water, Electric and Sewer
  • Reservations: Make camping arrangements with the campground at 610-381-3381 or 800-635-0152.
  • Payment: Make camping payments to the campground.
