Call the campground for reservations.

Tentative Program: (final program at rally registration)

  • Monday – Early Bird – campground check in 3:00 – Rally Registration – Dinner on your own – 7:30 Get Connected & Campfire
  • Tuesday – Parking lot prayer – Crafts – Social hour and registration – potluck dinner (hamburgers & hotdogs – coordinated side dishes) – Games & Campfire
  • Wednesday – Parking lot prayer – Bacon & Eggs breakfast – lunch on your own – Games at the campground – Catered lasagna dinner with salad and bread; strawberry shortcake – Trivia fun – Games and campfire 
  • Thursday – Continental breakfast – check out by 2:00 pm

Rally Registration:

  • Due date is June 1, 2025.  If registration is postmarked after the due date, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.  
  • Send registration form along with your deposit of $25 per person to be registered. The balance of the rally fee will be collected at check-in.
  • Be sure to indicate number of persons for the catered dinner. 
  • Make check payable to Penn Coachmen.  Please do not send cash.

Camping:

  • Sites: All sites include Water, Electric and Sewer
  • Reservations: Make camping arrangements with the campground at 610-381-3381 or 800-635-0152.
  • Payment: Make camping payments to the campground.
