Rally Master Information
Information in this section is to be used by Rally Masters to prepare and manage chapter events.
Definitions:
- Rally Master – This person, couple, or group of people serve as the coordinators of a rally. They manage details such as setting and communicating an agenda, collecting registration forms and payments, communicate with the campground to hold sites and reserve facilities, determining what needs to be purchased or brought for meals and planned activities and ensure appropriate communications go out to the members. During the rally, they utilize helpers to implement the planned activities.
- Rally Helpers – Helpers sign-up and volunteer to assist the Rally Master with assigned tasks, such as setting up for meals, cleaning up after meals, facilitating crafts, games, or activities.
- Area Vice Presidents – Each Rally has an assigned Area Vice Presidents responsible to provide consultation and assistance to the Rally Master and should be prepared to step in as Rally Master if there is a last-minute need.
