Program:
- Sunday – Noon to 6:00 Arrival and check in; 7:30 Campfire social – Music, s’mores, bring your own drinks
- Monday – breakfast on your own – 9:30 car pool for easy nature walk and guided tour of Blackwater Falls – Noon lunch at the Blackwater Lodge – 3:00 to 4:00 free time – 5:30 potluck dinner (sign up) bring drinks and places settings – 7:30 campfire night with popcorn
- Tuesday – 8:00 breakfast “omelette in a bag”, bring drinks and place settings – 10:00 to 3:30 carpool to Thomas and Davis WV; shopping, galleries, lunch – 3:30 to 5:00 down time – 5:30 Themed catered dinner “Taste of WV” – 7:00 Campfire, live Blue Grass music (bring chairs and drinks)
- Wednesday – breakfast on your own – Hiking or biking on your own – Noon optional scenic train ride on Durbin & Greenbrier Valley RR ** (reservations $81 senior rate, 4.5 hours, sack lunch) – 2:00 RV rally games & trivia – 5:30 Farewell dinner and group photo at Purple Fiddle (click logo below for menu) – 8:00 Campfire stories
- Thursday – 8:00 grab and go breakfast – check out by 11:00 am

Cass is an 80 mile, 1.75 hour trip from the campground. Perhaps better to schedule on your own Thursday or Friday after the rally so you can enjoy the Purple Fiddle dinner?
Rally Registration:
- Due date is August 1, 2025.
- Send registration form along with your deposit of $25 per person to be registered. The balance of the rally fee will be collected at check-in.
- Be sure to indicate number of persons for the catered dinner.
- Make check payable to Penn Coachmen. Please do not send cash.

Camping:
- Sites: All sites include Water, Electric and Sewer
- Reservations: Call the campground at 304-478-3515 for reservations. Mention you are with Penn Coachmen.
- Payment: You will make camping payments to the campground. The rate for the 4 night rally is $169.60 with a discounted rate of $152.64 for seniors.
- Mobility: NO Golf carts are allowed. Ebikes and mobility scooters are permitted.
