You must make your own reservations at the campground by September 9, 2019.  Sites are being held for us.  There are both 30 & 50 amp sites.  If you are wanting  a 50 amp siteyou might want to make your reservation sooner than later.  Please mention you are with Penn Coachmen/Dogwood Group or you may be parked by yourself.  Rates: $67.00 for 50 amp, $56.00 for 30 amp.  When you sign for two nights you get a third night free.

Refund policy - Prior to 48 hours a $10.00 fee will be deducted and the balance returned.  If less than 48 hours, no refund will be given.

 

Directions: Exit WV Highway 340 at entrance to Harpers Ferry National Park. Take first right, proceed to KOA.

 

 

Draft PROGRAM

This rally is replacing GEAR for 2019.  This is a joint rally with the Dogwood Chapter of FMCA (From Virginia).
 

Monday Early Arrival Check in 1:00 PM.  Coaches arrive and set up camp.
  5:00 pm Social time:  Bring an appetizer to share.  Movie Night.
Tuesday 1:00-2:30 pm Registration and sign-up for tours/activities.
  4:30 pm Social Time
6:00 pm Mini Meal
7:30 pm Crazy Bingo - Every person who plays is asked to bring a $10 wrapped gift.
Wednesday TBD Former park ranger David Fox offering two tours commemorating the 160th anniversary of John Brown's Raid.  (Free with Senior Pass.)
  10:00 am Tour in Harpers Ferry National Historical Park (NHP): Meet in Lower Town for a walking tour of key locations of the 1859 raid.  Tour begins in Harpers Ferry NHP at the Green in Lower Town.
  2:00 pm Tour in Charlsetown: Join Mr. Fox in nearby Charlestown to learn about the aftermath of the raid and John Brown's trail and execution.  Tour begins at the Charlestown Courthouse in Charlestown, WV.
Additional sites/tours to see include Charlestown, Sheperdstown, Appalachian Trail, Wineries, Distilleries and more.
  4:30 pm Social Gathering
  5:30 pm Italian Night
  7:00 pm We will have social time with some type of campground activity.
Thursday 9:00 am Coffee & Pastries.  Check-out is 11 am.

Send $25.00 (This Rally Only) Rally fee deposit to Sue Cipa.  Reservations for Sue Cipa must be received by September 15, 2019.  If registration is postmarked after due date, there will be an additional $10.00 late fee charged at time of registration.  Balance of rally fee collected at rally.
