IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ

On February 24, 2022, FMCA’s Board of Directors voted to rescind the requirement for event attendees to sign/agree to a COVID waiver form. In its place, FMCA will require the following language to be added to chapter, area, and international convention registration forms:


An inherent risk of COVID-19 exposure exists in any public place where people gather. By attending this event you understand and assume all risk related to COVID-19 exposure. FMCA, its staff, officers, volunteers, members, exhibitors, service providers, and grounds personnel are not liable for any illness, injury, or death from COVID-19 related to your participation at this event.


By signing up for the event, the attendee has agreed to the language. Attendees do not need to sign any additional forms.

Directions: From I-80 East: Take I-80 West to Exit 284 for PA-115 towards Blakeslee.  Make left onto PA-115 South.  Take PA-115 South for 3.2 miles to arrive at Pocono Raceway.

From I-80 West: Take I-80 East to Exit 284 for PA-115 towards Blakeslee.  Make right onto PA-115 South.  Take PA-115 South for 3.2 miles to arrive at Pocono Raceway.

From I-81 North: Take I-81 North to I-80 East.  Take I-80 East to Exit 284 for PA-115 towards Blakeslee.  Make right onto PA-115 South.  Take PA-115 South for 3.2 miles to arrive at Pocono Raceway.

From I-81 South: Take I-81 South to Exit 151A to merge onto I-80 East.  Take I-80 East for 23.8 miles to Exit 284 for PA-115 towards Blakeslee.  Make right onto PA-115 South.  Take PA-115 South for 3.2 miles to arrive at Pocono Raceway.

From I-476 North: Take I-486 N to Exit 95 to merge onto I-80 East.  Take I-80 East for 23.8 miles to Exit 284 for PA-115 towards Blakeslee.  Make right onto PA-115 South.  Take PA-115 South for 3.2 miles to arrive at Pocono Raceway.

From I-476 South: Take I-486 N to Exit 95 to merge onto I-80 East.  Take I-80 East for 23.8 miles to Exit 284 for PA-115 towards Blakeslee.  Make right onto PA-115 South.  Take PA-115 South for 3.2 miles to arrive at Pocono Raceway.

From I-78 East: Take I-78 East to Route I-476/PA-309 N/PA Turnpike.  Take I-476 N to Exit 95 to merge onto I-80 East.  Take I-80 East for 23.8 miles to Exit 284 for PA-115 towards Blakeslee.  Make right onto PA-115 South.  Take PA-115 South for 3.2 miles to arrive at Pocono Raceway.

From I-78 West: Take I-78 West to Exit 71 to merge onto PA-33 South towards US-22/Stroudsburg.  Take PA-33 North for 22.6 miles to US-209 South towards Lehighton Exit.  Take US-209 South for 5.7 miles.  Make slight right onto PA-115 North.  Take PA-115 North for 12.1 miles to arrive at Pocono Raceway.

******When you get to the Raceway - From Pa-115 turn onto Long Pond Road.  Turn Right onto Earnhart Road which takes you to Gate 1 and entrance.  Please stop at the Guard Shack to check in.  Let him know you are with Penn Coachmen.

Check in time 9am - 5pm

  If coming in before or after those hours, call Sue Cipa @ 610-334-3287 for assistance.  After going through the tunnel, please stop at the Visitor's Bureau Building on your right to register with Penn Coachmen, sign up for games/activities, get your goodie bag and pay additional costs.  We prefer checks,  You will then be instructed to proceed to the parking area where "parkers" will assist you.

(Note: You may bring your own firewood.  There are several fire rings and we have permission to use them)

 

Wednesday Free time for checking out the area, information sheets will be in your bag. 

Track tours.  A driving tour that can accommodate 6 people.  Sign up ahead of time at registration.

Lunch & Dinner will be on your own.

7:00 pm - Social Time - Bring your drink and a snack to share.

2:00 pm - Seminar - "Goodies, Gizmo's & Gadgets"

3:00 pm - Seminar - "For the ladies".

7:00 pm - "Race Car Racing" ... Weather Permitting

Breakfast on your own.

Track tours - Will be limited to places we can go today due to cars on the track.

9:00 am - ? Stock Car Ride-A-Long: Pay at the track: $129.  They will help suit you up and give you a helmet.

11:00 am - Seminar.

Lunch on your own.  Food vendor trucks might be available.

2:00 pm - Bean Bag Baseball

4:00 pm - Dinner time - TBA

7:00 pm - Penn Coachmen Membership Meeting & Election of Officers.

   
Saturday 8:30 am - Pancakes, sausage & drinks served in the Cafe.

Track tours.  A driving tour that can accommodate 6 people.  Sign up ahead of time at registration.

Lunch - Food Vendor Trucks might be be available.

Games: Corn Hole, Ladder Golf & Etc.  Set up teams and have a friendly compeition.

1:00 pm - Seminar - TBA

2:30 pm - Open Games: Corn Hole & Ladder Golf

Dinner: Jerky Turkey Buffet.  Time will be announced.  Wear your Tropical Shirts & Hats.

7:00 pm - RACETRACK BINGO.  A raffle will also be drawn held.

   
Sunday

8:30 am - Quick & easy Breakfast: Coffee, juice donuts, cereal, yogurt, and fruit will be provided,  Gran-n-Go!

   

 

REGISTRATION: Rally registration fee- $25.00 (Per Person) Balance of fees if needed will be collected at the rally.  You must make your own reservation for the Infield Campground by calling (570)646-2300 and state you are with Penn Coachmen.  Reservations should be made by September 21. 2022.
