Directions:   From junction of Routes 45 & 144, turn west on Route 45.  Proceed about 1/2 mile to Homan Lane (Fairground Gate #4) on the right.  (The road is just past and opposite the John Deere Dealer.

FRIDAY:                    10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.   Registration in Building "A"

                                    1:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.           Registration in Building "A"

                                    6:00 p.m.                        Mini Meal

 

SATURDAY:              8:00 a.m.                       Coffee, Tea and Breakfast

                                     10:00 a.m.                     Semi-annual Business Meeting

                             Mid-afternoon              Sand-bag Baseball

                                     5:30 p.m.                       Catered Dinner

                                     7:30 p.m.                       Entertainment --- Bring Chairs

 

SUNDAY:                   8:00 a.m.                       Coffee, Continental Breakfast

                                                                           Worship Service immediately after breakfast--- Bring Chairs

                             12:00 p.m.                     RV Flea Market - Bring items you wish to sell

                                     3:30 p.m.                       Sandbag Baseball Play-off, if needed

                                     5:30 p.m.                       Evening Meal

 

MONDAY:                  8:00-9:00 a.m.              Coffee & Sweets

REGISTRATION :  Send $50.00 Rally fee deposit.   Indicate # for catered dinner.  Reservations must be received by May14, 2008.  If registration is postmarked after due date of May 14, 2008, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.
